London Belgravia Group has secured a 10-year structural warranty for a project comprising nine new-build bungalows in Stoke-on-Trent.
The build-to-sell scheme was brought to London Belgravia Group by the main contractor on the site, Carson Powell Construction.
Oliver Smith, Consultant at London Belgravia Group, assessed the requirements carefully and went to market to obtain the most suitable coverage for the best value.
Ultimately, ICW emerged as the provider of choice–insuring a sum of £1.5m at a premium that saved the contractor thousands of pounds.
