Ilex Homes is a Norfolk based property developer, focussing on rejuvenating properties throughout Norfolk’s countryside, its villages and seaside towns.
When it came to obtaining a warranty for their new-build project in Holt, Ilex was introduced to Consultant Joe Grainge by an existing London Belgravia Group client who recommended their services.
Joe carefully assessed the requirements for the project, which had a build cost of £5.5m, and it transpired that it was going to comprise 12 units across two sites.
Paired inspections were crucial as the client was not sure how soon they were going to get planning for the second site. Having to have two separate entities would have caused unnecessary issues for what was essentially the same site.
Joe worked closely with Ilex to ensure the provider of the warranty could accommodate the paired inspection, and ICW were determined to be the best option.
