The 16-unit development, valued at £2.3m and sold to Clyde Valley Housing Association, was chosen as a winner of the ICW Group – Building Warranties & Building Control Showcase Awards. The prestigious accolade recognises “outstanding commitment to quality, which consistently goes above and beyond expectations.”
