London Belgravia Group joins NACFB as an industry partner

London Belgravia Group has become the latest partner of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB). The association is the UK’s largest independent trade body for commercial brokers, servicing the needs of business borrowers and property investors.

The partnership promotes collaboration between association members and London Belgravia Group enabling brokers and lenders to access independent and impartial advice on complex real estate insurance requirements, including but not limited to structural warranties, and general insurance requirements across UK residential and commercial property.

Commenting on the partnership, Giles Fallan, managing director at London Belgravia Group said:  “Becoming a partner member of the NACFB is an important step for us, broadening our reach to their broker network.

“As the UK’s largest independent latent defect insurance broker in the UK, our independence means we are never tied to warranty providers. This ensures that we can give NACFB members access to the product that best fits their clients’ needs without market bias.

Norman Chambers, the NACFB’s managing director said: “We are delighted to welcome London Belgravia Group to the Association and look forward to working with them to highlight the importance of latent defects insurance to our membership so that they are equipped to share their knowledge with clients who might benefit from this type of cover. It’s never been a more vital time to support landlords, developers and SMEs with cover that gives peace of mind.”
