The accreditation covers our new course, Construction Insurance, Warranties & Surety Bonds, designed for housing associations, registered providers, developers, and lenders. The session gives delegates a working understanding of latent defects insurance, warranty provider selection, and surety bond mechanics, with CPD credit recognised across the sector.
Sessions can be delivered in-house or at your offices, and each delegate receives a certificate confirming CPD hours completed.
