Specialist insurance consultancy LBB has provided a warranty for a repeat client’s latest new build project.
The built-to-rent scheme is an apartment block in Gillingham, comprised of 18 units and includes social housing.

The built-to-rent scheme is an apartment block in Gillingham, comprised of 18 units and includes social housing.
Joe Grainge, Consultant at LBB, worked closely with the client to find a policy with adequate cover and which represented value for money.
Ultimately, ICW was the most suitable insurer, meeting the client’s specific requirements for Section 1 and Social Housing cover as part of the warranty.
The development has an overall project value of £9.6m and is expected to complete in 2026.
Kent based Perfect Homes has partnered with the LBB team since 2021, entrusting their support on several sites throughout the years.
