Leah Bray
Operations Director
Leah joined LBB at inception in 2014 and quickly got involved in multiple areas of the business including sales, customer service, finance and compliance. In 2016, when the business began to scale, she took on the role of Operations Manager and was subsequently appointed to the Board of Directors in May 2022.
Now, as Operations Director, Leah has oversight of all areas of the business with a particular focus on operational strategy, driving delivery and ensuring clients receive best-in-market service.
